I use PSP8. It is an awesome program that lets you use a variety of colours, brushes and layers.
Can I take your tutorials and put them on my site?
No, absolutely not. Unforunately you'll have to make them yourself.
Can I take your graphics and put them on my site?
If your only using them for layouts, but using them for visitor content is not allowed.
Where do you find the graphics for your images?
I get them from SweetAndTalented.Com. If I know exactly what celebrity I want then I just search for them on Google or find a good fan site. You can find more on my Credit page.
